The terms and conditions shown below are brought to the attention of the customers of the little train of La Heste association. The customer declares that he/she has the complete legal capacity required in order to commit to these terms and conditions.

Article 1 – PRICE

The prices of our products are shown in euros (incl. VAT). All orders, from whatever origin, are payable in euros. The little train of La Heste association reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however, the products shall be invoiced according to the current prices at the time of ordering, subject to availability.

Article 2 – ORDER

You may order through our web site www.petit-train-heste.com. You may also order by post enclosing a cheque for the appropriate amount with your order, to be addressed to :

The little train of La Heste association reserves the right to cancel or to refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists regarding payment of a previous order.

The customer recognises that the photographs representing the product which appear on the site www.petit-train-heste.com are not contractually binding.

Article 3 – ACCEPTANCE

The customer declares having been informed of and having accepted the present terms and conditions before placing their order.

Acceptance of the terms & conditions prior to placing an order is imperative.

Article 4 – AVAILABILITY

The offers shown for our products and prices remain valid for as long as they appear on the web site, subject to availability.

In the case of a product no longer being available after the placing of an order, we shall inform you by email, by telephone or by post as quickly as possible in order to be made aware of your decision to transfer, to maintain or to cancel the order.

When payment is made by cheque, and in the event of all or part of the order being unavailable, the refund shall be made by cheque within one month.
