- Thousands of characters and animals appear in the different scenes

- About 100 vehicles are moving on the streets and main roads

- Two torrents race down the mountains

- A northern French town has been built

- A Basque village has risen out of the Pyrenees

- A village from the Sarthe region is included in the industrial area

- Two rack trains take the tourists up to the snow capped summit

- Dozens of small scenes give an insight into both town and rural life

- At night, thousands of lamps light up the town buildings, the train stations and the mountain chalets. It is a truly enchanting spectacle.

- A station controller’s office runs the entire network and the animated scenes

- 20 000  working hours were required to complete the project

- Roughly 2500 hours of painstaking work are still required to fine tune the model
